This 15-page speech pamphlet is in very fine condition. It includes this passage where Mr. Dixon States: " Our people are a Union-loving people. They would sacrifice everything but honor and principle to save the Union; but when they are told that they should relinquish an agreement and compact made over thirty years ago on this subject, or that the Union must come to an end, they have nothing to say on the subject.
