(445-435 B.C.) Greece, Selinus, Silver Tetradrachm, Very Fine.
16.97 gms. SNG ANS 695-696. Obv: slow quadriga driven right by Artemis, beside her Apollo shooting arrow from bow. Rev: River god Selinus standing left, pouring wine over altar, cock standing right. A light, evenly worn coin with irregular edges and a satiny luster with light golden overtones.
