Depression Era "Wonderland of Knowledge" Coin Bank

c. 1929, "Wonderland of Knowledge" Coin Bank, Choice Extremely Fine.
This bright, polished aluminum coin bank measures 2.5" x 2.5" x .5" with an embossed image of a library or school, flanked by a man and a woman reading. The caption reads, "The Key to Knowledge... Save... to Learn... to Earn." The reverse side is colored a lovely aquamarine. Each successive deposit of a dime brings the bank closer to $5, at which point it can be unlocked.
