Victorian figural silver plated napkin ring, bird with open wings clutches berry in center of ring. Monogrammed on base "L.W.V" Marked on bottom Wm. Rogers Mfg. Co, Hartford, Conn. #289. Measures approx. 3" high x 3" across x 2" deep. Some solder marks where ring meets base, may have been reattached .
