Marked on bottom Derby Silver Co, Derby CT, quadruple plate, # 340. Pictured in both Figural Napkin Rings by Gottschalk & Whitson page 243 and American Victorian Figural Napkin Rings by Victor Schnadig page 85. Measures approx. 2" high x 2" x 2" No visible defects.
