Holder sits on square base with four ball feet. Marked on bottom Derby Silver Co. Derby CT, quadruple plate # 302. Pictured in Figural Napkin Rings by Gottschalk & Whitson page 290. Measures approx. 4" high x 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" No visible defects
