An eight day longcase clock, oak, crossbanded mahogany, early 19th century, the 13 inch arch painted dial signed James Burrows, Iron Bridge, with ring of Roman numerals, centred subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture with architectural church ruins to the corner spandrels, under an arch painted with a boy and a dog, the hood with swan-neck pediment over fluted front corner hood pilasters above a short trunk door with conch shell inlay between fluted front corner trunk pilasters, on a box base and short bracket feet, 226cm high
