Electrified with switches for individual room lighting, open on all sides, finished interior, nicely detailed, 53" L x 24" W x 41" H. Condition: Damage along the shingle edges all around, wear to the floors from child's play, unknown condition of electrical connections, no other damage found. Includes a collection of newer doll house furniture. Provenance: Previously Sold at The Frank Boos Gallery Auction in Troy, MI (probably in the late 1980s according to the consignor).
