There will be no international shipping for this item. This elephant ivory was legally imported into the U.S., bisque floral borders with nicely carved ivory hearts mounted in a round painted wood frame with brass ring circular border, plaque measures "3.5"D, and frame measures 7"H x 6"W, together with a velvet lined shadowbox decorated with dried flowers. Overall good condition, no apparent damage.
