Circular form with relief modeled as ancient Greek mythological figures including Neptune, signed: Cox. Nostrand & Gunnison, Brooklyn N.Y. (underneath), 6-3/4" Diameter x 1-3/4" H. Condition: Heavy wear to the relief with some small dents. Also, appears to be a soldered repair under the main bowl, some tarnishing, no other damage found.
