MONKEY TOOTHPICK HOLDER, clear and frosted, monkey wearing a decorated brass cap and ribbon, seated on a circular base with ribbed edge, the whole mounted in a gilded brass frame with four ball feet and support for basket weave patterned basket form toothpick holder. Fourth quarter 19th century. 4" h overall, 3" dia base
