Legal Tender $100 1966* Invert When I first saw this error I couldn't believe it so I called over Harry Jones and Fred Bart (together at side-by-side ANA tables) and showed them the image on my iPhone. Neither could believe that this amazing occurrence had happened, and that the currency collector who bought it from Mort Melamed had never shown it or shared it. There are virtually no errors on this $100 issue, and to find an inverted star note is, to say the least, surprising. Actually it's just awesome! I expect the rest of the Nation's error collectors will appreciate this as much as everyone else who has seen it has.
