PAIR OF PRESSED ARCH VASES, deep brilliant amethyst, each with a tooled and gauffered 10-flute rim and deep conical bowl joined by a triple-ring wafer to a double-knop stem, hexagonal three-step standard, and hexagonal base. New England, probably Mt. Washington Glass Works. 1840-1860. 11 7/8" high, 4 1/2" diameter rims, 4 1/4" diameter bases overall.
