PRESSED LOOP DIMINUTIVE VASE, brilliant sapphire blue, gauffered seven-flute rim and slender conical bowl with lower compressed knop, joined by a wafer to a compressed knop, octagonal baluster-form standard and square base. Factory polished under two base corners to level, additional light factory polishing to the lower edge of base. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1840-1860. 9 1/8" high, 3 1/4" diameter rim, 2 5/8" square base.

Note: This smallest size Loop vase is very difficult to locate

Appearance is proof except for a minute flake to one lower corner, however the interior of the standard has heavier than normal annealing lines, two of which are 1 1/2" long and can be felt on the exterior also. So despite having no impact points, they do have the appearance of a crack
