FOUR-PRINTIE BLOCK STAND LAMP, strong citron green, dome-top conical font with hexagonal knop extension joined by a wafer to a heavy hexagonal knop and flared-foot standard, brass fine-line collar and double-tube fluid burner with chains and caps. Along with a Petal and Loop candlestick fragment in the same color dug at the Boston & Sandwich factory site. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1840-1850. 11 1/4" high to top of collar, 5 1/4" diameter base overall.

Note: A very unusual and seldom seen color in early glass. This lamp is unlisted in this color and quite possibly represents a unique specimen

Excellent overall condition, shallow bruise and chip to the edge of one font block, flake to one lower base corner, some manufacturing losses and factory polishing under the base related to the snap ring, which is often seen on these large lamps
