PAIR OF DOLPHIN LOW-DOUBLE-STEP BASE CANDLESTICKS, canary yellow, each reinforced six-petal socket with lower extension joined by a wafer to a large dolphin standard and square base with low upper step. Mt. Washington Glass Works. 1845-1870. 10 1/2" high, 4" square bases.

Charlotte & Edgar Sittig, 1/22/88 Condition reportOne undamaged except for some flaking/mold roughness under two socket petals and a faint 1/2" annealing check between two petals, the other with a 1" x 2" V-shape piece broken from the socket and glued, along with a chip under one base corner
