HEXAGONAL SOCKET CANDLESTICK, deep fiery opalescent, thick-lipped socket joined by a wafer to an eight-panel three-step standard and square base with extended-round corners. Probably Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1835-1845. 5 3/4" high, 3 1/8" square base.
