IMPORTANT FREE-BLOWN RING DECORATED CANDLESTICK, colorless with a slight gray cast, deep cylindrical socket with a slight galleried rim, joined by a triple-ring wafer to a hollow tall cylindrical stem decorated with six applied and tooled triangular rings, joined by a double wafer to a tooled, slightly-flattened beehive domed foot with rough pontil mark. Possibly Boston & Sandwich Glass Co., or Thomas Cains' South Boston Flint Glass Works or his Phoenix Glass Works, South Boston, MA . 1813-1835. 9" high, 2" diameter rim, 5" diameter foot .
