FREE-BLOWN CHAIN DECORATED PINT DECANTER, colorless with a slight gray cast, bulbous body with two applied chain bands, short neck with two applied triple rings, rough pontil mark, slightly ill-fitting pressed wheel stopper of unknown association. Attributed to Thomas Cains' South Boston Flint Glass Works or his Phoenix Glass Works, South Boston, MA . 1813-1830. 8 3/4" high overall, 6 3/4" high to lip, 4 1/4" diameter overall .
