AACA An excellent Moche Feline head from Peru, ca. 400 – 700 AD. This highly burnished redware example is 5-1/2" in diameter and depicts a grim looking puma. The facial features are molded in relief, with the open mouth displaying fangs and teeth. A choice example of the type.
