"Little King" Cartoonist OTTO SOGLOW - Sketch Sign

Otto Soglow (1900-1975) Cartoonist. Soglow was a frequent contributor to The New Yorker, where his character The Little King first appeared in 1931 and continued until his death. Government post card with a sketch of The Little King and a self portrait signed, "With best wishes – O. Soglow." The post card was cancelled on June 5, 1944, faint cancellation marks touch the sketches.
