France, ca. 1870, on a clockwork driven three wheeled painted tin platform, the gentleman and lady have parian type shoulder heads, both with blue painted eyes, painted brows and lashes, short molded blonde hair, and the gentleman has a painted mustache. Both are wearing elaborate silk costumes with Dresden paper trim. 12" H. Very Good (the gentleman figure has been re-soldered to the base and no longer turns freely).
