Germany, ca. 1900, bisque flange head incised 13/0 with blue stationary eyes, painted brows and lashes, open mouth and remnants of blonde mohair wig on a wood dowel with attached wire arms with wood hands and composition legs. The figure is holding a staff with two brass bells atop a paper lithographed covered wheeled platform. Wearing the original silk and lace costume with metal brocade trim and matching hat. 12" H. Very Good - Excellent (some wear to costume)
