Germany, ca. 1900, papier mache molded flange head with molded and painted features, wooden arms with brass cymbals, torso contains squeak mechanism, and wood lower legs with painted shoes. When stomach is squeezed the figure turns its head and claps the cymbals. Wearing original two-tone outfit with lace and Dresden paper trim. Seated on wooden board atop an old but not original cigar box. 13" H. Very Good (some paint chipping to hat and lower legs)
