Small Blue-Roof Gottschalk House

Germany, ca. 1915, a diminutive blue roof dollhouse from the Moritz Gottschalk factory, this charming example features original exterior and interior papers, original lace window curtains with gilt paper valances and gilt stamped metal balustrades on the porch and inside the upstairs picture window. Interior papers are intact and in excellent condition, very slight loss to exterior papers. Furnished with six pieces of ca. 1970 Shackman furniture and a jointed bisque dollhouse child, the house retains its original front steps and portico with painted columns. 10" W, 15"H, 8"D. Very Good (some paint blistering and loss on roof, one chimney missing, extensive paint blistering on back)
