American, ca. 1910. A charming homemade dolls' house with generously detailed exterior featuring clapboard siding, front and rear entrances, two porches and scribed roof shingles. The sides are open to reveal five rooms on one side and three on the other, including bathroom and kitchen with faux tiled surfaces, an entrance hall with open closet area below, charming original wallpapers and door and window moldings. The house was wired for electricity and floors need covering. 32" L, 28" T, 20" W. Good Some damage to surfaces, and as noted.
