Germany, ca. 1880. A generously sized German roombox with lithographed wallpapers simulating an elegantly appointed formal room (some lifting and staining), original floorpaper, and reeded columns decorating the sides, furnished with an assortment of antique German dollhouse furniture including a red-stain parlor suite, fretwork etagere, pair of Schneegass upholstered chairs, Gothic side chair and marble-topped table, tin fireplace, gilt metal plant stand with potted fruit trees, umbrella stand and a wonderful gilt metal table lamp with art glass shade, German dollhouse mother and father, and a small jointed bisque dollhouse girl with glass eyes. 26" W, 13" T, 11" D. Good (some wear to painted surfaces, slight loss and staining to papers)
