America, late 20th century, a pretty salon with cream walls and gilt accents containing an assortment of gilt painted contemporary furniture, some by Robert Bernhard, a room-size needlepoint carpet, ormolu wastebasket and chair, old china figurines, elegant window draperies, an X-acto fire screen with antique needlepoint panel, and a doll by Joanne Roberts. 23" W, 13.5" T, 14" D. Good (some gilt wall panels loose)
