Four page, 6x9" program for a ceremony honoring: 'The Staff of NASA Manned Spacecraft Center' on March 17, 1962 in Hampton, VA. Signed in blue ballpoint pen by Astronauts: M.S. Carpenter, D.K. Slayton, Leroy G. Cooper, V.I. Grissom, A.B. Shepard, Walter W. Schirra & John Glenn (Glenn's signature is in black marker). Also signed by Shorty Powers & several others who were at the ceremony. Unsigned back page of program has some irrelevant faults. Front page with signatures Very fine. A truly rare autographed item. "
