Incredible ½x½"x5¼" piece of heat shield used on the Apollo 4 Mission. This piece is mounted on a 2½"x6" wooden presentation piece with a plaque that reads, 'HEAT SHIELD from APOLLO SPACECRAFT 017, APOLLO 4 MISSION, NOVEMBER 9,1967'. In good condition with a small knick on the front of the wooden presentation block. Perfect for any display or collection of flown space items. All items related to this flight are scarce, flown are rare. "
