For your consideration we present an exceptionally fine acid cut-back cameo bowl, probably produced by Moser in the late 1880's. In reference to a similar example pictured in Plate 67 of "Moser Artistic Glass": This example is signed Moser but the acid cut-back decorative pattern was executed on a lead crystal blank instead of a Bohemian Crystal blank. Two probable sources for the blank are Webb (England) or St Louis (France). Similar items have been found with a Webb signature.
