This is a lovely early 20th century iridescent glass epergne by the respected firm of John Walsh Walsh ca. 1905- 1915. It stands 12 " tall in its custom EPNS holder with a center trumpet and three surrounding horns. They are nicely fluted, and the iridescence is striking.
