This very unique piece combines a small epergne vase along with a condiment service! All four glass items are vaseline/uranium glass opalescent. It is unknown if these are STRAW OPAL by Powell, as this design has not been documented. The frame is marked with a hall mark and is also marked EPNS, for electro-plate nickle silver.
