We are unable to give this unique creamer combination an absolute attribution, however, our feeling is that it is French in origin. There are a number of examples of French Opaline glass that has uranium oxide, and glows as this piece does. Also, the silver plate pedestal base holder & handle do not appear to be English in form, are extremely heavy AND unmarked which is the antithesis to British makers who were punctilious concerning their hallmarks. Lastly, the ornate accenting certainly does not rate as Bohemian.
