We are at a loss on this one as it appears to be a One of a Kind item. It is almost assuredly an English custard blown and sculpted glass hammer which was purchased at the glass fair in England. Even resident glass expert Ray Slack has not been able to ID the piece. It is so unique that The Victoria & Albert Museum wanted to place it on display!!! It has a warm traditional English custard glow under black light.
