This large Bohemian 13" Gothic spelter over glass ewer hails from the period ca. 1930 - 1940. The ewer is heavilly gilded, and the ewer handle appears to be a bird of paradise. We might have thought Moser, but Moser work is usually much more ornate, and the glass is not the traditional deep green.
