This very special Okra Glass bowl was finished in 2005 and was part of the personal collection of English master glass blower Richard Golding. The deep amethyst blue with lovely onion skin highlights are a tribute to the genius of Louis Comfort Tiffany and his fabled Favrile glass. This bowl is huge at 14" in diameter, and per the provenance, was DISPLAYED AT THE BOTH BROADFIELD HOUSE GLASS MUSEUM AND THE CORNING MUSEUM OF GLASS!! -- part of a collection of art glass to be sold live on eBayLiveAuctions on Oct 5th at 1pm, Andy & Rob Collection.
