Aylward. 7½x5, blue cloth, spine lettered in gilt, front cover lettered in white and illustrated in dark blue, orange, and white, top edge gilt. First Edition.Title page a cancel, as usual. BAL notes that the only copy known with an integral title page was London's own copy, now at the Huntington Library. This in the preferred gilt-lettered spine, assumed to be earlier than the more common white lettering.
