Back of bisque socket head marked: "MASCOTTE J". Blue paperweight eyes, closed mouth, pierced ears, mohair wig, cork pate, wood and composition body with jointed wrists, fragile antique clothes. Invisible repair to side of head.

Condition: Repair is nicely done. A "V" shaped piece from the rim to below the ear was reglued and head painted. It only shows from the inside. Torso and upper legs have been varnished, some wear/repair to body, neck socket of head has two small stable chips. Silk of dress is melting but the buckram lining could be used to remake the dress and hat.
