Gottschalk? Paper litho over wood with lattice based porch and double side steps, working elevator and two rooms with original wallpaper and curtains. Paper is missing on the first floor and windows are edged by tape, some pieces are loose or missing. Included is a few pieces of furniture.

Condition: There is some wear to the paper on the second story and wear at base but no replacements or repaint. Some of the missing trim is included.
