No. 82 of 200 copies, designed, printed on Fabriano handmade paper & bound by Jonathan Clark at the Artichoke Press.Initialed by Wynn Bullock on slip of paper mounted in the colophon, as issued, and signed by Jonathan Clark in the colophon. Bullock passed away during the printing of the book (on November 16, 1975), but prepared the initialed slips in advance. Prospectus, with finescreen plate, included.
