Massive two handled stoneware jug, 19th c., impressed ''Sipe & Sons Winsport Pa'' with cobalt grape decoration, the reverse with a large floral spray, 20 1/2'' h. Illustrated in Schaltenbrand, Big Ware Turners, pg. 60, referred to as ''one of a kind''.
Condition report3" hairline at base rim. 8" hairlines at base rim and 12" hairline at base rim, which extends through bottom.
