Frederick Miller(Pennsylvania, 1749-1827, Smoke Church Artist), Berks County, Pennsylvania watercolor and ink on paper confirmation certificate dated 1821, for Jacob Stein, Windsor Township, with vibrant red, green, yellow, and black columns flanking a square cartouche, angel head, stars, and flowers, the reverse with handwritten note by Miller, 8 1/2'' x 12 1/2''. Pictured in Der Reggeboge, vol. 41, pg. 9 and 23.
