I hope for both our sakes that they allow the book to go forward as we completed it, and I want you to know that I shall always be grateful for the very willing help you gave me", and Guthrie's part in the war, "I often think of you all in Malta. I imagine life must be more comfortable now than it was in the Spring [Axis attacks on Malta]"; and 10 others including an autograph manuscript testimonial by Pudney for Guthrie, Malta 1943, copies of Beyond This Disregard and Dispersal Point, photographs etc., v.s., v.d.
