23 engraved plates, including 2 folding and 4 with hinged overlays (one plate with 2 overlays), text pages with woodcut decorations and borders, lacking title, both folding plates repaired on verso and creased, the first with some loss at folds and the first 2 panels dulled, browning affecting 4 plates, all plates on stubs impinging just into plate-mark, one overlay broken (no loss), later ms. page facing portrait plate, some other minor marks or repairs to margin, contemporary vellum, soiled & worn, becoming detached, folio, [Florence, 1612].
