8 ½" x 7" albumen print, 1910, with title and number "30" in pencil in Atget's hand on verso. This appeared in the album "La Voiture à Paris" [Sally Nesbitt, "Atget's Seven Albums," p. 357.] The wagon delivered cases of bottled seltzer. " A florid "No. 1" is on the side of the cab.
This is a wonderful example of Atget recording something that was rapidly being replaced by modern transit. Good tones with no damage.
