Anonymous (19th Century) Pair of Paintings: The Cornfield, oil on canvas, 10 x 8 inches, initialed lower left recto "WLS"; and The Lake, oil on canvas, 10 x 8 inches, initialed lower right recto "WLS", each in a carved period wood frame. Provenance: Miss Alice Gerrity of Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania and Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.
Condition
Surface dirt overall; minor repair to The Cornfield in the foliage right center of canvas with visible patch on recto.
