Charles Greville Morris (British, 1861-1922) Country Scene, oil on canvas, 10 x 12 inches, signed lower left recto "C. Morris", in a carved period wood frame. Provenance: Miss Alice Gerrity of Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania and Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.
Condition reportSurface dirt overall; a 2-1/4 inch x 1/8 inch abrasion with paint loss in the lower center recto; a small area of paint loss along the upper left edge; in the upper right corner there is a small nail hole near the edge of the upper center.
