- The Works of George Herbert in Prose and Verse by Herbert - Dated 1853 by William Pickering (London) - two volume set with gilt decorated boards and marbled edges, the front covers are detached. The bindings are tight and textblocks are intact
- Rambles in Devonshire, with Tales and Poetry by Whitfield - Dated 1854 by Simpkin, Marshall and Co. - notation
- Hudibras by Butler - Dated 1859 by Henry G. Bohn - red cloth cover of spine partially detached
