Condition/Details: Bound in red cloth with bright embossing, this volume is a rare signed copy of the author's third installment of "The Awakening Land" trilogy. This novel was awarded the 1951 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 1951. A label bearing an inscription by the author that reads "With regards + best wishes, Conrad Richter" has been pasted to half-title page. The volume shows very light external age/wear, and is solidly bound with clean, bright pages. Illustrated dustjacket is intact in glassine cover. The book measures approximately 5.75" x 8" and contains 433 pages. Shipping cost (within the U.S.) for this lot will be: $4.50
